Subscriptions drive Your Kaya's direct-to-consumer sales. We rebuilt key customer journeys and restructured how customer data was organized to make the subscription system more intuitive and easier to navigate.

Our work included customizing the Recharge Subscriptions customer portal and integrating it with InPost parcel lockers, which aren't natively supported by the platform. This gave customers more control over their subscriptions and reduced the volume of support requests around subscription management.
